Shipping, Warranty & Returns

1. Shipping
- We ship worldwide from Zhongshan, Guangdong, China by sea, air or international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) as agreed in the Proforma Invoice.
- Typical production lead time is 7–25 working days depending on model and quantity; the exact date is confirmed on your Proforma Invoice.
- Shipping cost depends on volume, weight and destination; we can quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP terms. Import duties and taxes at destination are the Buyer’s responsibility.
- Every machine is packed in an individual carton with foam protection; pallets or wooden cases are used for bulk orders.
2. Warranty
- All Dongbo money counters, coin counters, counterfeit detectors and check writers carry a 12-month limited warranty from the date of shipment, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Within the warranty period we provide free replacement of defective parts, with video/remote technical guidance for installation. After the warranty period, parts and technical support remain available at cost.
- The warranty does not cover: damage caused by improper operation, unauthorized repair, power surges, water or physical damage; wear parts (belts, rollers, sensors) after normal wear; machines with altered serial numbers.
3. Returns
- Before returning anything, contact us with your order number, photos or video of the issue. Most problems are solved by remote guidance or sending a spare part, which is much faster than returning goods.
- If a return is approved for a defective unit under warranty, we repair or replace it and bear the replacement-parts cost; return shipping is shared as agreed in writing.
- Customized (OEM/ODM) products can only be returned for manufacturing defects, not for change of mind.
4. How to Make a Claim
Email sales@dongbo2008.com or info@dongbo2008.com with: order number, machine model and serial number, photos/video of the issue, and a short description. We reply within 12 working hours (Monday–Saturday, GMT+8).
